Broadway Commercial Cleaning Service was established by the current owners in 1988. Since then it has continued to grow and become an established competitor within the cleaning industry. Broadway Cleaning is 100% West Australian owned, operating out of Perth.
• All Broadway Cleaning staff must produce a current Police Clearance Certificate before commencing employment.

Our staff members receive personal onsite training from EXPERIENCED INDUSTRY EXPERTS with particular emphasis placed on the correct implication of building security and the use of site specific systems and protocol to follow. By doing so our CUSTOMERS CAN REST EASY knowing their premises are being taken care of not just from a cleanliness but also from a security perspective too.
Broadway Cleaning’s company wide use of cloud technology allows free flowing communication and up to date operational requirements and other relevant documents at all times. This enables our organisation to communicate effectively with our clients at the HIGHEST LEVEL, which ultimately leads to greater results on a more consistent basis.
Our People
Andrew Pole : Managing Director
Andrew completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Murdoch University in 2007, and completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Curtin University’s Graduate School of Business (CGSB) in 2016. He has attended courses at the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Council and gained certification in hard floor maintenance. He has worked for Broadway Cleaning since 2004 and is an avid supporter of the West Coast Eagles and plays squash and golf.
Doug Swan : General Manager
Doug completed his Diploma of Management at Central Tafe in 2009, has successfully completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with Distinction) at Curtin University of Technology in 2014. He has completed his MBA at the university of Western Australia (with Distinction) in 2019. He has successfully completed his “Conduct in-service safety testing of electrical cord assemblies and cord connection equipment (UEENEEP008)” at the College of Electrical Training. Doug has worked for Broadway Cleaning since 2005, and is interested in music, plays cricket and participates in endurance athletic competitions.
